Visiting Our Temple Office
The office is at 704 North 3rd Street in Temple, near downtown and a short drive from Interstate 35. It is convenient for clients from Temple, Belton, Killeen, Harker Heights, Copperas Cove and Waco. Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, 9 a.m. to noon. The office is closed on federal and state holidays. Please call ahead to schedule a time, so Frank can give your case his full attention.
What to Expect When You Contact Us
When you call or send a message, we will ask for your name, the best way to reach you and a short description of your situation. If you have a court date or a deadline, such as the 15-day deadline to request an ALR hearing after a DWI arrest, please tell us right away. We will then set up a time for you to talk with Frank, who will listen to what happened, explain your options and answer your questions.

What if a family member is in jail?
Call the office as soon as possible with the person’s full name, date of birth and the jail where they are being held. Frank can explain the bond process and what happens next.
